Lance is 100%, without a doubt, straight. He has the perfect girlfriend and has never wanted anything more. But suddenly his world is being turned upside down by the boy playing the drums at his local bar--a boy who happens to be very good looking, very gay, and very very interested in Lance.
aka: Good-Boy Lance has a crisis when he meets Keith because he's so damn attractive, and Keith is a little ho that is way too promiscuous and open about his sexuality. The become friends. Confusion and sexual tension ensue.
In which Keith gets bitten by a Love Bug, and Lance is less okay with this than anyone honestly expected.
- Part 1 of LoveBug 'Verse
“Dude, please try to tell me again that Keith doesn’t have a crush on you because that was embarrassing,” Pidge says.
Lance’s heart feels like it will overflow with love, so he stifles another high-pitched sound into his hands. He slides them down to his mouth, so he can look at Allura when she speaks up.
“He only had eyes for you, I’m not sure he even realized that I was in the room,” she says with a teasing grin, and Lance drops to his side with a pathetic whimper.
“Oh Jesus, Keith killed him.”
In which the paladins get an unexpected break, Lance thinks Keith has a crush on someone else, and Allura and Pidge are trying to tell him that Keith is obviously head over heels in love with him

Keith doesn't know how to feel about being leader. The universe is just too heavy for his already star-soaked shoulders.
Luckily, he's got his right hand man with him. Lance gives him everything he'd never knew he'd so desperately needed -- and lets him bare his soul without the guilt that so often accompanies it.
[set after the events of s3 ep 6, "i got you, buddy".]
Keith takes everything he has within his heart and puts it into his mouth, drawing back to kiss the bottom of Lance's jaw.
Keith puts a tentative hand to his jaw. Moron that guy might have been but weak he was not. “Fair enough… Um…” He isn’t sure how to ask, or even if he should, but it’s very important to him that this incident be quickly forgotten so he takes a breath and goes for it. “Please don’t tell Lance about this,” he can’t even be bothered by how sheepish he sounds.
“I mean sure but I won’t have to,” Hunk points to his own jaw. “He’s gonna find out anyway, Bro.”
From The Family Emergency: Keith
To The Family Emergency: Yes, Lance?
From The Family Emergency: Would you mind telling me why I have a bruise eclipsing the work of art that is my jawline
To The Family Emergency: ...I’m sure it’s not that big…
5 times Keith and Lance knew something was wrong based on their soulmate bruises and 1 time they didn't.

- Part 2 of Bruises Like Blankets to Keep Us Warm
Though he's been dealt many bad cards, Lance isn't sure he can handle this one: winding up stranded, a million lightyears away from home, with only Keith to keep him company.
The universe is cruel.

(00:31) Do you think she gave me the wrong number on purpose?
(00:31) Or was it a genuine mistake?
(00:32) Like maybe she writes funny and I misread it?
(00:32) Some of the numbers do look a little dodgy...
(00:33) Cause, you know, her threes could very easily be poorly formed eights? And maybe she writes her sevens like her ones?
(00:47) Oh good, you are awake!
where lance messages the wrong number and things kind of snowball from there
