"Apparently" is pretty dubious because Obito was not exactly born but more like spat out of death's stomach with absolutely no idea of what to do next.
On the upside (more like downside) there's a Kakashi-look alike with a god complex and Obito really wants to fist fight god.

Holy shit, I love this fic. It's really fucking good. Demigod OP protagonist SI who, surprisingly, doesn't act cringey. It starts off bumpy but steadily gets better. He's totally awesome. Kiri no Arashi has really stuck with me. This is my kind of fic, fast paced and keeps me on my toes. Dialogue isn't awkward and the curbstomps are hella cool.

Ever seen a self insert try to take over a body but fails to do so? No? Me too.
ROB tries to put a CYOA insert into Shiro, an original parahuman character, but Shiro fights it and absorbs some of the insert's knowledge and powers. I still love how despite his strength, his young age still shows. Love his power and it's not too overpowered right now considering he still lacks experience. Very brutal and gory(?)

Very well written and well thought-out fic. Gold Standard. It's one of those high paced fics where lots of things happen but the execution is wonderful. The character development of Alexander was sooooo good. I love how they formed the new government. Cause with the fall of the Volturi, I agree it would be total anarchy because who the fuck would be keeping gun-happy vampires from killing each other and exposing the supernatural? Vampire politics is insane. 100000/10 would very recommend
